About the Role

The Marketing manager is a newly defined role within Deviceful and intended to be the beginning of a larger team and growth plan in 2025.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity and marketing, takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and wants to help build Deviceful for success. They will single handely manager our marketing function and work closely with our brand team. The role will work alongside the Director of Digital Creative and the Founder.
This role will be diverse, expansive and constantly evolving. It is a great opportunity to make your mark early on in our growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Deviceful’s goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure seamless lead handovers.
Brand Management: Maintain and evolve Deviceful’s brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar and oversee the production of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Website Management: Oversee the performance and usability of Deviceful’s website, implementing updates and improvements as needed.
Event Management: Organize events like webinars, roundtables, and panels to engage potential clients and partners.
Marketing Communications: Handle press releases, directory updates, and external communications.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Marketing Operations: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Desired Qualities/Skills

3+ years experience in roles involving Marketing
Experience ideally working at a Digital Creative Agency or Brand
Highly organised, efficient and adaptive
Great communication skills
Enjoy a challenge and are excited to develop and craft your own role
Comprehensive knowledge of the ad-tech landscape
An understanding of media agencies if not already from that background
Comfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools – quick to learn
Team player and highly supportive of the team
Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive
Resilient under pressure and times of high workload
