The Digital Account Manager is a newly defined role within Deviceful and intended to be the beginning of a larger team and growth plan in 2022. 


We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity, takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and wants to help build Deviceful for success. They will represent us to our clients. The role will work alongside the Director of Digital Creative and Project Manager. 


The role sits within the team that runs everything from, brief responses, creative ideation, business development, and more. This role will be diverse, expansive and constantly evolving. It is a great opportunity to make your mark early on in our growth. You will help manage our Publisher and Agency relationships but this will be adaptive and depend on needs, eventually working directly with our Brands. 


We want a mixture of account manager, creative, and account planner. We are not looking for someone who is looking to stand still. The role is expansive to meet client needs and the opportunity to learn and develop is huge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing clients relationships and communications

  • Identify priorities and opportunities throughout the year

  • Providing a clear brief to the design team

  • Managing and planning campaigns from beginning to end

  • Working with internal stakeholders to make sure all projects are delivered within time and on budget

  • Prepare post-campaign analysis and insights

  • Supporting marketing and business development team

  • Generating yearly report relating to client management activities

  • Ensuring constant innovation

  • Presenting work internally and externally

Desired Qualities/Skills

  • 4+ years experience in roles involving account management

  • Experience working within a Digital Creative Agency or similar

  • Highly organised, efficient and adaptive

  • Great communication skills

  • Enjoy a challenge and are excited to develop and craft your own role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ad-tech landscape

  • An understanding of media agencies if not already from that background

  • Comfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools – quick to learn

  • Team player and highly supportive of the team

  • Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive

  • Resilient under pressure and times of high workload
