About the Role

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity, a knack for coding, who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. This is a mid-weight role. You will join a constantly growing and adaptive team that is at the core of Deviceful.
The role will report directly to the Head of Creative Strategy and you will work across all of our 50+ brands, agencies and publishers. You will have the opportunity to take lead on various projects and be encouraged to take ownership.
Due to the agile nature of the company, the role will be extremely flexible and we need someone who is themselves adaptive and entrepreneurial. Although the role sits in the Production Team you will bridge the gap between all the teams at Deviceful, giving opportunities to not just work on client projects, but touch on everything from marketing, branding & Ideation - expect to learn fast & to never be bored!
The primary aim of the team is to deliver some of the best-in-class creative solutions that have an impact and push Deviceful’s creative standing to a new level, all while developing our portfolio into the envy of the digital landscape.
The role is not a rigid one - due to the startup mentality everyone is encouraged to throw in ideas on every aspect of the company and this role is no different. We want you to learn fast, develop ideas and become an integral member of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Bring a creative and ambitious approach to digital-based projects
Produce high quality, award-level creative
Build and develop our dynamic creative solutions
Bridge the gap between design and technical implementation
Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from design brief to production
Translate creative ideas into viable creative designs and builds
Work as part of an integrated, multi-skilled team
Work with the team to help service a range of clients and agencies.
Liaise with internal and external teams across projects
Provide detailed QA to your own and others’ work
Help identify pioneering creative executions and solutions based on new technologies
Desired Qualities/Skills

>3 years experience in a Digital Studio team
Excellent working knowledge and skills of HTML5, CSS & Javascript.
Understanding of coding and building dynamic solutions in platforms like Google Studio is advantageous.
Responsive design / build experience
Good skills across Adobe C-suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc)
Ability to be flexible on the job, switch tasks quickly!
Great listener and clear communicator
Confidence in taking on new challenges
Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive
Resilient under pressure and times of high workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and digitally competent
Proactive and able to work independently when required
