We are looking for an outgoing and articulate graduate (with an eye for detail and a ‘go-getter’ attitude) to join our new sales team. This role will report directly to the Founder/Director of the company and will work to generate leads and briefs for the Deviceful production team.
As our team is full of digital ad specialists, we don’t need you to know everything about digital ads already. This role is a perfect entry-level position for a personable and driven individual (with an interest in digital advertising) that wants to get started in sales. The successful applicant for this position will be presented with multiple opportunities to engage with (and pitch to) a wide variety of businesses as Deviceful’s existing portfolio includes work for publishers, creative agencies, and several big brands.

Researching the market to identify new sales opportunities for the company
Making sales appointments with clients to secure new orders (mainly via email)
Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking performance
Preparing sales documents such as contracts, agreements and reports according to the company’s standards
Meeting with customers to generate leads for the business
Making recommendations to the management on the areas of sales that need adjustments to align with the market trends
Demonstrating the full potential of the service or product that the company offers, to clients.
Familiar with LinkedIn & Sales navigator tools
Good with Gmail for email
General understanding of CRM platforms like Hubspot
A passion for the digital marketing sector
A great listener and clear communicator (written and verbal)
Confident in taking on new challenges and presenting to new clients
Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive
Resilient under pressure and times of high workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and digitally competent
Proactive and able to work independently when required
