We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity and who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. This is a junior entry level role. You will join a constantly growing and adaptive team that is at the core of Deviceful. The role will report directly to the Director of Digital Creative and you will work across all of our 30+ brands, agencies and publishers.
Due to the agile nature of the company, the role will be extremely flexible and we need someone who is themselves adaptive and entrepreneurial. Although the role sits in the Production team you will bridge the gap between all teams at Deviceful, giving you opportunities to not just work on client projects, but touch on everything from marketing, branding & ideation - expect to learn fast & to never be bored!
The primary aim of the team is to deliver some of the best-in-class creative solutions that have an impact and push Deviceful’s creative standing to a new level, all while developing our portfolio into the envy of the digital landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop new, highly sought-after skills (both general and niche) and to gain a lot of meaningful experience very early in your career.
A focus on designing for digital and layout work.
Designing for animated, interactive, online content, including display ad creative email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
Dissect and discern critical information from briefs.
Assist with (and ultimately take a lead on) ideation and concepting.
Suggest copy and campaign messaging.
Bring concepts to life with visual designs and then sell them through engaging presentation.
Bring a creative, ambitious, innovative approach to digital projects.
Work as part of an integrated, multi-skilled team.
Work with the team to help service a range of clients and agencies.
Learn and develop new skills to assist the team.
Liaise with internal and external teams across projects.
Provide detailed QA to your own and others’ work.
Keep your working files neat and orderly (you never know who else might need to pick them up)!
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our working practices.
A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the kind of work that we do.
Confidence in taking on new challenges and willingness to learn.
Strong skills across Adobe C-suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc).
Working knowledge of keyframe / timeline animation.
An understanding of the capabilities within online advertising
Ability to be flexible on the job, switch tasks quickly!
