Job Summary

We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity, takes pride in their work, and is highly organised. You should always be 2 steps ahead and able to forecast challenges and work with the different teams to resolve issues.


You will be supporting work across all our projects and clients. You need to be comfortable with managing a project team and communicating with clients. The projects range from simple social media builds to multi-channel, multi-market deliverables which need to be delivered on time and to the highest standards.


Due to the agile nature of the company, the role will be extremely flexible and we need someone who is adaptive and entrepreneurial. The role sits within the team that runs everything from, brief responses, creative ideation.


The primary aim is to always ensure Deviceful delivers on brief, maintaining the highest of standards and helping evolve the role as Deviceful goes through rapid growth. The role is not a rigid one, everyone is encouraged to throw in ideas on every aspect of the company and this role is no different. We want you to learn fast, develop ideas and become an integral member of the team. This role will be the beginning of a Project management team and we want someone who is looking to grow within this and develop our future process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle from budgets, plans, briefs workflows, and timeframes.

  • Allocating resources, developing efficiencies, and helping build out future processes.

  • Creation of timelines and cost estimates.

  • Providing a clear brief to the design team.

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all projects are delivered within the timeline and budget.

  • Managing and forecasting resource planning.

  • Managing and working with outside vendors and freelancers.

  • Managing our platforms and the work delivered across them.

  • Work closely with all our teams to ensure all deliverables are met and client expectations exceeded.

  • Problem-solving any issues during or after production, by looking into the correct resources and raising them to the right team member

  • Checkin QA to make sure the delivered creatives are in line with clients’ briefs.

  • Contribute to the creative process with ideas and experience.

  • 2+ years of project management experience within digital creative.

  • Experience in project management tools such as Asana

  • Experience managing team deliverables with elements of a campaign being run in parallel and at speed.

  • Experience with delivering digitally-focused campaigns across Display, Social, DOOH, etc...

  • Excellent with multi-tasking

  • Great communication skills.

  • Quick to adapt to challenges while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Analytical, Methodical, and Creative

  • Comfortable in a client-facing role.

  • Comfortable working too tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools.

  • Team player and highly supportive and motivating of the team.

  • Able to build good relationships with a range of people.

  • Friendly and helpful, able to stay positive.

  • Resilient under pressure and times of high workload.
